Yane Solöne

Yane Solöne, real name Yane Fichot, is an electro house DJ and producer based in Bayonne, in the French Basque Country. He also appears as Solöne, Y. Solone or Yane Solone, and under the alias Rewolt. He is one half of the duo Solöne & Marli with David Courbet. The first artist to join Alexandre Auger at Electromix, he is also the most released name in the catalogue.
The label’s first artist
Between 2007 and 2009, Yane Solöne released seven singles on Electromix Records. It began with “Your Touch” on 25 October 2007, sung by American vocalist Jeremy Carr and remixed by Muttonheads, Jay Style and Leeroy Daevis. In 2008 came “Facing The Sea”, remixed by Alexandre Auger, “Playa d’en Bossa”, “Stomp 2008”, remixed by Erick Dere, “Open Your Mind”, with an electro latino remix by Leeroy Daevis, and “Quebras Esta DJ!”, remixed by Aurel Riviera. The run closed in 2009 with “So Dangerous”, again with Jeremy Carr. “Stomp 2008” also travelled: it appears in the United States on the KlubCandyUSA compilation.

The house remixer
Yane Solöne also left his mark on other artists’ tracks. For Electromix he remixed “Everything You Need” by Alexandre Auger and Akil Wingate, “Lovin’ Ibiza” by Royal Music Paris, “Right Beside You” by Oliver Kaan and Diana Joselle, “Something’s Wrong” by DJ Ralph and Oliver Kaan, and Alexandre Auger’s “Ibiza Hype”. Outside the label he remixed Leeroy Daevis, Erick Dere and Alice in Videoland’s “Cut The Crap”.
Behind the decks
A DJ first and foremost, he published a series of one-hour mixes in 2008 and 2009, from mix 007 to mix 017. His range runs from electro and tech house to Latin house, in the spirit of the clubs of the BAB area: Bayonne, Anglet and Biarritz.
Still behind the decks
Nearly twenty years after his debut, Yane Solöne is still mixing. In August 2026 he posted a new tribal house and tech house mix on his YouTube channel, proof that the Basque Country sound behind Electromix’s early years is very much alive.
